Award Guidelines

PURPOSE OF THE AWARD
• To recognize outstanding Individuals and Organizations who embodies the standards for excellence and innovation in the field of Sustainable Governmental Housing, Smart Cities, Environment Energy and Design Management.
• To distinguish those who have made significant contributions that have influenced positive change over an extended period of time.  
• To acknowledge those whose efforts have inspired and supported the performance and achievement of others.

NOMINATION REVIEW, SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION
• The Steering Committee shall have the responsibility for managing the nomination, selection, and award process for the Individual and Organization categories.
• After the nomination deadline, the steering committee will begin their review and selection process. 
• Incomplete nominations will not be considered by the Steering Committee.
• One (1) winner per category shall be selected for a single award.
• Any eligible individuals and organizations who embody the standards for excellence and innovation in the field of cost, risk and project management may be nominated more than once.
• The nominee or project must have a national or international impact.
• All nominations must be submitted online 
• The decision will be made by the Steering Committee and will announce the award winners on the opening ceremony.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
• All nominations must include the following documentation in single pdf file, in English: 
• Nominator’s name, affiliation, title, address, phone number, and email.
• Nominee’s name (or contact person for a nominated individual and organization), affiliation, title, address, phone number, and email.
• Nominee’s project/ Projects name Including Brief, FACT sheet, Photos, Project Outcome: Significant of the Project towards the stakeholders   
• A narrative, not to exceed 500 words, in support of the nomination, addressing the following:
- why the nominee deserves to win the award
- aspects on how the nominee achieves excellence and innovation in the field of Sustainable Governmental Housing, Smart Cities, Environment Energy and Design Management.
• Resume or Curriculum Vitae of nominee.
• List of three (3) references familiar with the nominee's achievements, including name, affiliation, title, address, phone number, and email. References may not work directly with the nominee.
• Nominee's (Organizations) to submit (Vision, Strategic Plans - Tangible Achievement in cost / Risk - ROI- Methodologies and Framework)

AWARD FRAMEWORK
Award recipients shall receive:
•Award Trophy with engraved plaque (Awardee’s name and Award title)
•Award Certificate
•Recognition during the Opening Ceremony 
•Wide spread of media coverage 

AWARDS SUBMISSION IMPORTANT DATES
• June 3, 2018, 9:00 AM: Awards submission site opens
• January 31, 2019, 5:00 PM: Awards submission site closes. 
•  February  10, 2019, 9:00 AM: Judging & Evaluation of the Awards.
• February 13, 2019: Winners will be announced in Opening Ceremony.
